TurboCollage is a lightweight software that aims to help you create collages consisting of images, text, and a transparent or customizable background. Convenient layout and import/export options. The graphical user interface looks clean and intuitive, allowing you to add photos to your workspace using the built-in browse button or drag and drop support. It works with the following file formats: JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF and GIF. You can print or export the created collage to one of the aforementioned file formats, or save it as a project on your computer so you can easily import it for future editing tasks. You can move images to their preferred position in the workspace, delete a selected image, resize objects, block images and text, and move elements within a collage. TurboCollage allows you to choose between different collage templates (mosaic, image stack, image grid, center frame, zigzag mosaic).
Several settings can be applied to the layout, namely: you can choose one of the predefined size options (for example, wallet, poster, square), change the orientation (landscape or portrait), adjust the distance between objects, and change the shape of the corners.
You can choose a transparent background, add a photo from your computer, or choose a background color and draw a shadow with adjustable x and y offset and blur options.
Custom text can be added to your images. You can enter text directly into the main window or paste it from the clipboard, change the font, style, size and alignment of the text, change the transparency and background color, and add a text shadow.
All things considered, TurboCollage packs an important set of features to help you create user-defined collages. It doesn’t come with an exhaustive package of customization options, but the basic options are enough to put your favorite images in a collage with custom text and background.
