Source made from Windows 10 Version 1703 Build 15063 with some changes to windows to achieve the fastest speed but still suitable for all users. I get the name Windows 17 because the root is Windows 10 but the interface style of Windows 7. Windows Apps, Windows Defender, Cortana, Store has been removed completely. Bring the traditional Start bar back with more customization.
