Escape Motions Rebelle 3.0.5 !{Latest}
Rebelle is an amazing program from Escape Motions. The most realistic watercolor painting is realized in this program. Not only does the result look natural, but also the behavior of the paint, that is, it spreads after the smear, is absorbed by the canvas, for some time it dries.
And, the drying speed, wetting brush, flow direction … can be adjusted in the settings.
Propeties. Properties.
This panel contains sliders for adjusting the parameters of the active tool. The set of parameters varies from tool to tool. By default it’s a watercolor brush. Under the sliders, in this case, brush bristles are located.
Tools. Instruments.
How to draw is selected here. We offer watercolor and oil brush, pastel, pencil, pen, marker, sprayer. And the eraser. As without it! Below the drawing tools are the editing tools:
- Blend. Mixing the paint of one layer.
- Smear. Smearing of paint. It looks like Blend, but it looks rougher and more realistic. With the help of this tool, you can add a picture of the art picture loaded into the program if you try.
- Water. Water. Yes, you can splash on plain water canvas, which will wash the paint and begin to spread in the direction that is set beforehand by the Tilt tool. It looks very realistic.
- Dry. Sponge. It can dry an excessively moistened place. If you accidentally spill water with a previous tool, then you can collect this water with a sponge.
- Undo. Cancel. The last operation.
- Redo. Return to the state that preceded the cancellation.
- Blow. Blowing. If the paint is not completely withered, then this place can blow with this tool and the paint will spread a little more.
- Pick color. Pipette. Take the color of the pixel under the tip of the pipette.
- Tilt. Incline. With this tool, you can specify the direction of flow of paint or water.
- Transform. Transformation. This refers to a layer whose content size is changed by this tool. What is interesting is that the image quality is not lost when the layer is enlarged, pixelation is not observed. This means the modified image is calculated by the formula and is not a bitmap image during drawing.
Navigator. Navigator. Here are standard zoom tools, which are used only for easy viewing of the canvas.
Palette. Palette. All the color settings. Also quite a standard for graphical editors panel.
Layers. Layers. For what layers are needed, I think everyone understands. Before the list of layers there are buttons with which you can look at wet areas, moisten or dry the layer.
Below the list of layers is the selection of the color and texture of the paper on which you draw, with the possibility of adding your own version to the set of pre-installed ones. The rest of the work with layers is usual: add, hide, combine, transparency, type of overlay.
What’s new in the 3rd version:
- Where Traditional Meets Digital
- Available now, Version 3 of Rebelle brings you even closer to blurring the lines between traditional and digital painting through advancements in its watercolor brushes, mimicking its behavior on various types of surfaces, and so much more! Here’s just a sampling of what’s new.
- Ultra Realistic Papers
- Watercolors are an “alive” medium. It can behave differently according to how it’s used and the surface to which it’s applied, especially watercolor papers. Rebelle 3 adds support for a number of professional watercolor papers in addition to the existing textured paper backgrounds.
- Amazing Watercolors
- To adapt the watercolors to these new types of paper, a lot of work was put into making the watercolors more realistic than ever. In addition to these changes, a new Visual Settings panel was created where you can customize the watercolor behavior, your acrylics and the canvas settings.
- New “DropEngine”
- Rebelle 3 includes a new “DropEngine” to better simulate and control drips and to connect it with the improved watercolor simulation. The engine also allows for the most natural look for your work of art.
- More Realistic Blow Tool
- The Blow Tool in Rebelle 3 makes the creative process that much more fun by giving you the ability to simulate using a straw to blow drips through your painting for even more watercolor effects. Use the tool to blow from different angles and even blow different colors next to each other creating a mix of beautiful splatters.
- ‘Masking Fluid’ layer
- Building on the advanced masking features from the previous version, Rebelle 3 goes even further to provide a quick and easy way of coloring sketches and images. Rather than try to explain this, watch this speedpainting demonstration.
- Straight Line, Ruler, and Perspective Tools
- The best way to describe this simple, yet powerful features is through this demonstration from Junkyard Sam.
- ‘Reference Image’ panel
- Reference image panel was one of the most demanded features from current Rebelle users. This panel will serve as a visual guide while you paint. You will be able to place the panel anywhere on the screen, docked or floating, and open a reference image, sketch or photo into it. You can zoom in / out the image or desaturate the image with the ‘Greyscale’ button.
- ‘Preview’ panel
- In addition, Rebelle 3 will feature another new panel that is very useful for all artists. Preview panel is very practical when you work on the details and you do not want to zoom in & out all the time to see the whole picture. This panel can be set to fullscreen mode and placed on a secondary monitor.
