Artweaver Plus is a handy graphic editor that works with graphic files in BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPG, JPE, PCX, PNG, TGA, VDA, ICB, VST, TIF, TIFF and AWD formats. Among its features, you can select work with layers, import and export graphics in various formats.
