Windows Post-Install Wizard (WPI) Multilingual
Windows Post-Install Wizard (WPI in short) is a hypertext app designed to give users a choice. While Windows offers many ways to customize the installation process out of the box, its biggest drawback is the lack of ability to choose which applications an end user can install. In the past, end users and administrators had to either download files manually, or create overly complex scripts that could only be used once. WPI lets you create a single image, which can then be custom configured and, optionally, automated, so that end users can install all applications.
WPI is a simple automation program to use for choosing and installing multiple programs, edits, and scripts. You will not need a dozen CDs or more when you do a new install. You will not need more files when you do other PC work. With Windows Post-Install Wizard all you need is 1 or 2 CD \ DVDs to completely install the PC with all applications, scripts, log files, or retouching. Instead of having to re-download such applications as adobe reader, flash, or program updates that you can have them all on one disc. With WPI you can have it all on one disk and then have a nice interface for selecting which applications to install and after properly configuring WPI will install all without any input from you. WPI is also added and is commonly used for Windows installation disks. This way you can automate the complete Windows process and program installations.
With your typical WPI configuration you have your operating system and all applications, tweaks and so on a disk. After Windows installs, WPI kicks and you have selected a selection of everything that was configured with WPI, so you can select those you want or just let the timer run out and default applications will be installed.
